This package is designed for the couple who wants to or has planned a majority of their wedding, but needs some assistance executing and organizing their vision on the day so they can enjoy, and let their parents, friends, and guests enjoy as well! We typically meet with couples roughly 6 weeks prior to their day to gather all details, get them organized, and execute them to perfection!
This package is for the couple who wants the most seamless day they could imagine to make their dream come true!
For your Ceremony:
You will receive two speakers, a mixer board, the music of your choice for the wedding party processional and recessional. As well as 2 microphones for the officiant and any readers or singers you may have.
For your Reception:
DJ services, sound equipment, microphones, dance lighting effects, customized playlists and customized M.C. services to run the flow, cocktail, dinner and dance music and events of your reception from start to finish!
Also, offering a very easy to use on-line tool for choosing your music!
In addition to the above DJ services you will receive the day of coordination package with our exclusive wedding planner! Services for day of coordination includes but are not limited to:
>8-10 hours of coordination
>Text, phone call, and email support 6 weeks prior to your big day.
>Point of contact for vendors 2-4 weeks prior to the date
>Set up programs, escort cards, place cards, photos, menu cards, guest book, cake cutting utensils, champagne flutes, and any other simple décor for the ceremony & reception
>Lighting of any candles at your ceremony and reception in a timely fashion.
>Assist Photographer(s)/Videographers with staging the "First Look" if the couple is seeing each other before the ceremony begins.
> Assistance with transportation of items that need to be taken to the reception site (restrictions apply)
> Assistance with wedding dress bustle, so your friends and family don’t have to be crawling on the ground trying to adjust your dress!
> Arrange grand entrance into the reception coordinated with DJ or emcee
> Assist and cue the wedding couple, wedding party, and both families through the reception activities coordinated with catering team and entertainment (cake cutting, toasts, dances, etc.)
> Ensure the wedding couple is able to sit and enjoy their meal. We also do our best to ensure they are fed & hydrated throughout the entire day as well.
> Coordinate the collection of gifts and keepsakes received at wedding to be delivered to a pre-arranged location
> Ensure all vendors receive your final payments as needed
> Pack up items like guest book, photos, cake cutting utensils, champagne flutes, and other personal items are taken to a pre-arranged location.
At Eden we understand every couple’s needs are so different from one another. This is why we do not list time restraints on text, phone, or emails through the process. We plan the number of weddings and events we take on per year so we can ensure we can be there for all of our couples as much or as little as they need us. We typically meet with our couples before signing contracts, deposits, or any logistics are decided to ensure we are the perfect fit for you! We will discuss the packages to ensure you choose the best one for the time and details you need.
